Platinum Technologies currently has an opportunity for a Capture Manager to support our federal customer.
Capture Manager with a strong background in small business environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the capture process for new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and fostering relationships with clients and partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
This role is REMOTE.
What you get to do.
•Lead the capture strategy development for new business opportunities, including identifying target markets, customers, and competitors.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that align with client needs and company capabilities.
•Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
•Conduct market research and analysis to inform capture strategies and identify emerging trends.
•Manage the capture pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of progress and outcomes.
•Develop and maintain capture plans, action items, and timelines to ensure successful bid submissions.
•Participate in proposal reviews and provide feedback to enhance proposal quality and competitiveness.
•Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Required Skills.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
•Minimum of five (5) years of experience in capture management, business development, or a related role, with a focus on small business environments.
•Proven track record of successfully capturing new business opportunities and managing proposal processes.
•Strong understanding of the government contracting process and relevant regulations.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience working with Federal Agencies
