Platinum Technologies is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our fast-growing company.
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Must reside in the United States.
What you get to do.
•Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure effective alignment with business needs.
•Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current capabilities and desired outcomes.
•Develop surveys and analyze datasets to gather insights that inform decision-making.
•Present findings and recommendations to leadership, securing approval for AI policies and data governance artifacts.
•Integrate tools and technologies, such as Qualtrics, Google Workspace, Google Forms, and customer dashboards, to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting.
•Develop and implement risk assessment frameworks to identify efficiencies, streamline business processes, and support risk acceptance.
•Prepare and facilitate working group meetings, including the generation of meeting minutes, decision memos, and publication of artifacts on Google Sites.
•Analyze business need to advise, recommend and support a determination of the most appropriate contract type and structure (e.g., FFP, Labor, Time & Materials, Hybrid)
•Conduct market research in accordance with FAR Part 10
•Support Technical Evaluation Board (TEB), including administrative tasks, gathering and consolidating TEB members’ input, and drafting the TEB Report that is provided to the Contracting Officer
•Develop Acquisition Plan
•Develop draft RFI/RFQs, including attachments, QASP
Requirements:
•A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, along with an accredited qualification in management consultancy or a related field.
•Minimum of five (5) years of experience with demonstrated results in data science, specifically with federal clients.
•An active public trust is required to start, with the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust.
•Prior experience as a Product Owner (PO), Business Analyst (BA), Scrum Master (SM), or Agile Coach.
•Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and system integration solutions.
•Ability to design and maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels.
•Ability to keep up with IT advancements.
•Exceptional communication skills to facilitate the use of new software systems.
•Experience with synthetic data generation, augmentation, and analysis.
•Document business needs/requirements
•Knowledge of Alternatives of Analysis (AoA)
•Knowledge of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
•Experience drafting IGCE
