Your Role: As a Remote Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, banners, digital platforms, and app push notifications. You will also liaise with clients to maximize event visibility and sales performance while ensuring that all campaigns are scheduled on time and are aligned with our promotional strategies. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution & Management: Plan, create, and schedule marketing campaigns across available channels (email, SMS, digital ads, push notifications, banners, etc.) to drive event ticket sales and maximize revenue.
  • Client Communication: Work closely with clients to schedule, manage, and report on their campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with their needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue) to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Collaboration & Reporting: Advise clients on marketing opportunities, maintain detailed campaign reports, and provide insights to management on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven track record in marketing roles with experience in executing successful campaigns.
  • Technical & Marketing Skills:
    • Experience with email marketing, CRM automation systems, and campaign management tools.
    • Basic design skills with the ability to create and edit marketing materials following brand guidelines, most creatives are already provided.
    • Strong copywriting and communication skills for engaging content creation.
    • Understanding of e-commerce principles and digital marketing best practices.
    • Ability to leverage AI tools for marketing while maintaining originality in content.
  • Soft Skills & Work Ethic:
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet campaign schedules.
    • Strong analytical skills to track and improve campaign performance.
    • A passion for events and entertainment, with an understanding of different event genres (concerts, sports, theater, etc.).
