Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for open positions: conduct briefings with hiring managers, actively source candidates, conduct interviews, organize case presentations, present job offers, and support candidates until their start date;
- Provide support to candidates at all stages of the interview process: answer questions about the position and selection process, provide feedback after each stage, and maintain motivation throughout the journey from the first contact to onboarding;
- Assess candidates' competencies, skills, and motivation;
- Establish effective communication with hiring managers;
- Ensure the accuracy and relevance of the candidate database, other internal systems, and reporting on vacancies;
- Gather trends and insights in the market and create various analytics on the candidate landscape;
- Participate in various projects: improving and automating recruitment processes, enhancing the employer brand, and much more.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in sourcing candidates for product teams;
- English and Russian proficiency is a must;
- You can effectively work with candidate sourcing tools;
- You are skilled in conducting competency-based interviews and assessing candidate motivation;
- You are results-oriented and not afraid of challenges;
- You can build partnerships with the business, find approaches to different people, and strive for win-win interactions;
- You handle candidate databases and other systems meticulously;
- You are able to work in a multitasking environment;
- You are committed to self-development and acquiring new skills.
