QA Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team in Kifisia, Athens. In this role, you will support our quality assurance efforts by testing our mobile applications and web platforms. You will collaborate with developers and product managers to identify issues, ensure software quality, and contribute to a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual testing for mobile applications (iOS & Android) and web platforms.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Conduct regression testing and basic performance testing.
• Validate user stories and requirements for completeness.
• Learn and apply testing best practices and methodologies.

• 1+ years of experience in software quality assurance or relevant internship experience.
• Basic understanding of mobile and web application testing.
• Familiarity with manual testing tools and issue tracking software.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English and Greek.

Nice to Have:

• Basic experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git).
• ISTQB Foundation certification is a plus.
