Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced QA engineer to develop and execute tests to ensure product quality. You will be a part of an end-to-end quality assurance process, testing new features, investigating technical issues in the production environment, working in close collaboration with our product and R&D teams. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze requirements and write test plans for new features
• Perform manual tests to ensure the product's functionality, performance and security (UI, API, Integration, Regression)
• Design test cases for QA Automation
• Participate in technical design meetings of new features
• Provide support to internal teams that manage customer relationships - Investigate, diagnose, and communicate technical issues
• Take an active part in our version release process and work closely with the R&D developers and the Product team

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in testing web-based applications
• Relevant academic degree
• Experience with logging and reporting tools (Tableau/ Kibana/ Sumo Logic/ Splunk)
• In-depth knowledge of QA test methodologies and strategies
• Experience with writing detailed test plans and test cases
• Advanced SQL skills - must
• Strong attention to details
• Independent, responsible worker, able to plan and execute
• Proficient written and spoken English
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skill
