Year Round Pool Co is seeking an individual with excellent communication and people interaction skills. No experience in the pool industry is necessary as we will provide training, however, experience in administrative support is required. Applicant will be efficient at typing and utilizing a computer along with strong customer service skills.
Full time, Monday through Friday. 8am to 5pm, in person on-site at Buck Island Road in Bluffton, SC.
- Confer daily with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, answer questions about invoices or schedules, or obtain details of complaints.
- Coordinate with subcontractors about schedule or source new subcontractors. Also handle subcontractors quotes and follow through with invoicing.
- Draft written sales proposals for the sales coordinator to present to customers.
- Handle customer requests for changes during the renovation process (change orders).
- Assist with customer selections.
- General office duties like copying, faxing, emailing, sorting, mailing, etc.
- Interface with other departments. Especially ensuring that information shared is correct and timely.
- 3 years Customer Service experience
- 3 years Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager experience
- Construction Business Knowledge a plus
- Associates Degree or higher preferred
- Strong computer skills required with an emphasis on professional communication and an eye for detail
