We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on structure, loves leading projects from start to finish, and knows how to turn chaos into clarity, with a smile. You’ll be central to helping us deliver outstanding work across design, web, and technology, while contributing to our growth in Greece.
This position is remote-based or hybrid (with a strong preference for Athens) and reports directly to our CEO.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope and objectives
- Create and manage project plans and timelines; monitor progress and address risks proactively
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects (branding, websites, platforms, etc.)
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and progress
- Coordinate closely with designers, developers, and external partners
- Forecast resources and manage capacity planning
- Support light operational activities as we scale in Greece
- Ensure each project aligns with PRAN’s standards and drives client satisfaction
- Stay informed about digital trends to strengthen our service offerings
- 2–4 years of project management experience in a digital, creative, or tech environment
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with tools like ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Miro, Figma, Jira, Azure DevOps
- Comfortable with Microsoft365 or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with agile/sprint-based workflows is a plus
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope and budget
- Fluent in Greek and English (Swedish is a plus)
