As our next Principal Delivery Lead, you’ll help us to build the next generation of financial services software by leveraging your unique expertise into innovative product releases.
Your mission will be to manage complex enterprise software modernization and development. You’ll provide end-to-end project supervision, skillfully managing roadmaps and milestones while navigating the complexities of client needs and business objectives. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of business dynamics to define clear, actionable outcomes, ensuring that our products resonate with users and deliver exceptional results.
As a trusted advisor and product advocate, you will cultivate lasting relationships with clients, fostering collaboration and trust throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will empower you to negotiate scope and budget effectively, guiding clients through the release roadmap to navigate changes and align on future statements of work (SOWs).
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $131,000 - $149,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
