This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in the following locations: Texas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina,  Washington, and Wisconsin.

What You’ll Do

As our next Principal Delivery Lead, you’ll help us to build the next generation of financial services software by leveraging your unique expertise into innovative product releases.

Your mission will be to manage complex enterprise software modernization and development. You’ll provide end-to-end project supervision, skillfully managing roadmaps and milestones while navigating the complexities of client needs and business objectives. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of business dynamics to define clear, actionable outcomes, ensuring that our products resonate with users and deliver exceptional results.

As a trusted advisor and product advocate, you will cultivate lasting relationships with clients, fostering collaboration and trust throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will empower you to negotiate scope and budget effectively, guiding clients through the release roadmap to navigate changes and align on future statements of work (SOWs).

We’d Love to Hear From You If

  • You have 10+ years of experience in technical product delivery, with a proven track record of successfully managing enterprise-level software releases. Do you excel in defining project scopes, timelines, and actionable definitions of done?
  • You are a strategic thinker. You engage with clients to understand their needs and objectives, ensuring alignment between project deliverables and business goals. You actively participate in all project discussions and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • You have a strong understanding of product lifecycle management. You leverage your knowledge of business processes and industry dynamics to define and negotiate scope, ensuring that all stakeholder expectations are met. You’ve delivered in complex environments such as ITIL and SAFe, with the proven ability to recommend process changes that expedite development.
  • You are results-driven. You take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring that all releases are delivered on time and within budget, while also driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Required Skills

  • Technical Proficiency: The ability to build comprehensive project plans that ensure the success of enterprise-level software modernization initiatives is crucial. This includes understanding technical requirements, managing resources, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle. Experience in delivering in complex environments such as ITIL and SAFe.
  • Product Ownership: A comprehensive understanding of business needs and complexities is crucial for defining actionable outcomes and ensuring alignment between project deliverables and client expectations.
  • Delivery Management: Effective management of projects, including end-to-end supervision, budget adherence, and milestone tracking, is essential for successful delivery and achieving project objectives.
  • Client Consulting: Understanding client needs, industry dynamics, and business processes is essential for providing tailored solutions that drive value and meet specific client objectives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $131,000 - $149,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
