Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience of our clinics across North America, have allowed us to lead the charge against “we caught it too late again.” Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Houston, Boca Raton, Seattle, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, San Diego, New York City, Buffalo, Bethesda, Chicago, and Atlanta, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years.

Prenuvo at the Hercules Research Center is a dedicated MRI clinical study research center located in Watertown/Boston, serving as the flagship clinical-study-site for the Prenuvo-sponsored Hercules Research Project. This ambitious study of screening WB-MRI aims to enroll 100,000 participants and follow longitudinal outcomes. The project includes a pragmatic arm, reflecting current real-world practice conditions, and a health-equity-focused arm.

We are seeking a dedicated Research Clinic & Outreach Manager, reporting to the Regional Operations Executive to lead our talented multidisciplinary clinic staff and to spearhead local community & physician outreach. The Research Clinic & Outreach Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring smooth, efficient, and exceptional service delivery that aligns with our commitment to a luxury patient experience. This role requires a strong and driven operational leader who can enhance patient satisfaction, optimize clinic workflows, and elevate our service standards. The ideal candidate will bring experience in healthcare operations, a passion for building lasting provider and community relationships, and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering unparalleled patient care.

This is an onsite position located at Prenuvo at the Hercules Research Center in Boston, MA (118 Arsenal Yards Blvd, Watertown, MA 02472).

What You’ll Do

Operations Management (60%)

  • Lead and empower a cross-functional team of MRI technologists and staff involved in patient care at the front of the clinic, to deliver exceptional care one patient at a time.
  • Ensure  consistent adherence to corporate  policies, safety protocols, and  best practices.
  • The Research Clinic & Outreach Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring site and staff adherence to the Hercules Research Protocol and all IRB/regulatory-required practices. This includes overseeing compliance and maintaining the highest standards in clinical operations and research integrity.
  • Review, manage, and maximize team performance, ensuring that performance reviews occur in alignment with Prenuvo’s performance reviews cycle. Review and approve the disciplinary action and/or discharge of employees.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate clinic goals and priorities.
  • Onboard and train technical and patient care staff through theoretical and experiential methods; monitor the application of learning and provide continuous feedback to ensure the ongoing enhancement of patient care and experience.
  • Identify and implement improvements in quality, safety, and efficiency; analyze data to enhance clinic performance.
  • Implement continuous quality improvement processes to maintain and exceed clinical and patient care standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of processes and services to ensure they meet Prenuvo’s luxury standards and operational excellence.
  • Oversee clinic budgets, expense tracking, and resource allocation to support a luxury experience while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient satisfaction scores, service delivery times,  patient safety,  operational costs.
  • Act as a liaison between clinic staff and the broader Prenuvo organization, fostering strong interdepartmental relationships.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to patient feedback or concerns.
  • Prepare and present quarterly or bi-annual business and patient care assessment reports to Regional Operations Executives, offering solutions to enhance clinic operations and the patient experience.

Provider and Community Outreach (40%)

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Hercules research center and physician practices, hospitals, and Community Based Organizations (CBOs) to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand physician networks and CBO partnerships to increase patient referrals, and maximize research operations.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings with physicians and other healthcare providers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Additionally, a core objective of the Hercules Project is prioritizing access to proactive screening WB-MRI services for health-disadvantaged and traditionally underserved or underrepresented populations. The candidate will be responsible for establishing and fostering collaborative relationships with health-equity-focused organizations. This effort will advance the Hercules mission by facilitating study enrollment, ensuring equitable access to screening WB-MRI, and increasing representation in related research initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 7+ years in healthcare, with 5+ years in a management role, overseeing both strategic and daily clinic operations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Care related field.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of healthcare systems, trends, and regulatory compliance relevant to clinic operations.
  • Leadership: Proven people-management skills, capable of leading a team in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates managerial courage, an owner mindset, inspirational leadership, and an inherent aptitude for accountability balanced with empathy.

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with outpatient imaging or radiology.
  • Active MRI Technologist certification preferred.
  • Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.

  • The base salary for this role ranges from $120,000 -  $160,000 in local currency, depending upon factors such as experience, technical imaging expertise, geographic location, and the scope of managerial responsibilities
