Position Summary

PrePass is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to join our collaborative, innovative, and customer-centric culture. This role provides hands-on support for our Utah office and remote users. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering excellent user support.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage help desk tickets and provide timely resolutions.
• Diagnose and resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues.
• Image and deploy laptops to end users.
• Provide technical assistance and support for employees across multiple systems, applications, and platforms.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience.
• Advanced knowledge of technology platforms, systems, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 in a network environment.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and computing technologies, including software, hardware, and communication tools.
• Strong experience in end-user support and issue resolution.
