Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the technical and business aspects of the solutions portfolio
• Provide ongoing technical and business presales support to the sales team by identifying and addressing technical needs
• Design technical solutions for Bids/RFP submissions
• Monitor solution implementation progress and coordinate with the services delivery team
• Develop and share technical documentation with management, sales, and delivery teams
• Provide insights on technology trends, target clients, and competition analysis
• Map proprietary products and solutions to regional business sectors to identify new opportunities
• Develop and execute market penetration strategies
• Manage the complete lifecycle of the solutions portfolio

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in the IT industry (Systems Integration) or Banking Institutions (IT/Operations Department)
• University degree in Computer Science or Electrical & Computer Engineering
• MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or an MBA is a strong asset
• Strong knowledge of information systems, methodologies, technologies, and tools
• Experience in Transaction Automation Systems and Solutions is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Excellent command of the Greek & English language
