Company Overview:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing B2B company specializing in property management support and real estate solutions. We are looking for a proactive, highly skilled marketing specialist who is also excited to help coordinate all marketing projects and operations coordination for small companies.
This is a unique role, perfect for someone who is experienced in many areas of marketing and media, does have project coordination or management experience, and is looking for room to grow.

Position Overview:
You will be responsible for primarily 2 things:
- Weekly coordination with the owners and editors of a TV real estate show to make sure that the produced show goes live every week. Coordinating between parties to make sure that all tasks are completed on time.
- Acting as the main executor and coordinator for new marketing initiatives for several small businesses. This can include, but is not limited to:
- Email marketing campaigns
- SMS/MMS outreach for potential customers and advertisers
- Data gathering and analysis of Leads, Past Customers, and Sales metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Production:
- Use project management software to schedule tasks, and follow up, with and for key-stakeholders.
- Ensure that all tasks are being completed on time and the show production is.
Marketing & Advertising
- Develop and implement Email and text message marketing campaigns.
- Content generation including the use of AI
- Advertising spend optimization
- ICP - Ideal Customer Profile analysis and identification
- Ability to set up and monitor Advertising campaigns, measure performance, and recommend changes.
- Understanding and ability to implement SEO
Project Management & Automation:
- Set up and manage a comprehensive content calendar using project management tools like ClickUp (or similar platforms) to ensure consistent publishing and optimization.
- Manage assets, deadlines, and workflows to ensure timely delivery of all content pieces.
- Automate content distribution wherever possible, ensuring that your workflows are efficient and scalable.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of content using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and SEO tools.
- Monitor key metrics, including LinkedIn follower growth, engagement rates, website traffic, and conversions.
- Use data insights to continuously refine and optimize content strategies for better results.
- Collaboration with Design Teams:
- Create basic graphics using Canva for LinkedIn posts and blog content when necessary.
- Collaborate with external graphic designers when more advanced design work is required, ensuring all content is visually aligned with the company’s branding.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record leading and successful coordinating a wide variety of marketing roles.
- Strong writing and content creation skills with experience in crafting engaging B2B content.
- Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello for managing content calendars and workflows.
- Comfort with AI tools for the purpose of automation and speed of generation.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with a high level of autonomy.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, with the ability to collaborate with external designers as needed.
Working/Technology Requirements
- This is a remote role.
- You must use your own computer and have reliable internet.
- Training for all Technology will be completed by the Propertyse Team.
- Communication will occur through Google Meet/Virtual platform, email, and portal messaging.
- You must have an English proficiency level of B1/B2 or higher.
- This is a contract role that does not include benefits.
- Contracts are completed through Deel and payments are made through Deel in your preferred currency.
- We require a computer monitoring application on your computer.
- Working hours will vary but are typically 9a-6p (with a break).
