Job Description

We are looking for a professional, qualified and enthusiastic individual to take up a full-time position of an Administrator, Office Management to support our well established team in Brazil.

The ideal candidate will be fast thinking, great at juggling various activities and act as the voice and the face of the company. You will ensure that our clients, colleagues, vendors and visitors feel that they are in good hands. 

Home-Based position in Brazil

Only CVs in English will be considered

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Primary contact person for accounting and administrative matters for Employees in Brazil
  • Prepare Accounts Payable list to be booked by external accountants according to corporate/group reporting rules,
  • Enter payments in banking website and coordinate bank approval (vendors, employee expenses, employee benefits, taxes, payroll, regulatory, etc.),
  • Send remittances/proof of payments to vendors and employees,
  • Cash planning; reconcile monthly bank statement and manage corporate credit cards,
  • Prepare monthly G&A accruals; monthly General Ledger reconciliations; accounting matters and corporate/group reporting rules; and annual budget process as requested. 

Qualifications

  • Full working proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese
  • Intermediate English
  • Previous basic accounting and administrative experience is a must
  • Previous experience in an international environment is desired
  • Bachelor degree or in process education in Finance or Accounting is a must
  • SAP knowledge is preferred
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work with varied tasks/responsibilities
  • Problem-solving, ability to take initiative and act proactively
  • Discreet, trustworthy and able to manage confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
