What will you do but not limited to: 

• Assist in the management of day-to-day digital sales operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service inquiries. 

• Support the sales team in the implementation of SAP systems and tools to streamline operations and track sales data effectively. 

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from the SAP platform to provide insights that enhance sales strategies. 

• Ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions and customer interactions within the SAP system. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and ensure seamless execution of digital sales initiatives. 

• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations to provide updates on performance metrics to management. 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Management, Finance/Economics, or a related field. 

• Experience in sales operations, preferably with knowledge of SAP systems or other ERP systems. 

• Understanding of digital sales processes and tools. 

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment. 

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting. 

• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
