Accounts Payable Associate

The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for processing all accounts payable vouchers, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and record keeping. The Accounts Payable Associates requires exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to be successful and will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

• Process all incoming invoices accurately and timely.
• Obtain and process monthly recurring transactions and invoices.
• Maintain organized records of invoices and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, as well as any relevant sales tax regulations.
• Make corrections to voucher entries as requested.
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers.
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned,

• High school diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• A minimum of three to five years of experience in accounts payable.
• Must be proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Deltek CostPoint is a plus
