Job Description: We are seeking an HRIS Coordinator to assist with tasks on the UltiPro/UKG Pro platform. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and training staff on system usage. The ideal candidate will have experience with HRIS tasks such as password resets, BI reports, payroll reports, timekeeping, and work schedules. This position can be remote but requires working EST hours and availability for video calls throughout the day. Part-time hours can be accommodated if needed.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Implement system updates, troubleshoot issues, and analyze system efficiency.
• Provide training and support to HR staff and other users.
• Generate reports and manage data.
• Suggest ways to improve HR strategies and processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of HRIS coordination experience with UltiPro/UKG Pro platform.
• Experience with HRIS tasks such as password resets, BI reports, payroll reports, timekeeping, and work schedules.
