SAP CPI Consultant

As an SAP CPI Consultant, your main responsibilities will include collaborating with our SAP CPI/PI/PO Interface team to ensure operational excellence in integration processes. You will work closely with our Support Partner to assess operational quality and manage closure of gaps in the SAP CPI PI/PO areas. Additionally, you'll be tasked with understanding client requirements and proposing optimal solutions, while creating the overall architecture for integrations.

To qualify for the SAP CPI Consultant position, candidates should have 5-7+ years of relevant experience, primarily in supporting SuccessFactors or similar HRIS, HCM, or ERP systems. Experience in customer-facing roles such as implementation and consulting is essential, along with expertise in systems integration, particularly between cloud and on-premise applications. Familiarity with middleware tools like SAP CPI and knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs will also be highly beneficial.

A successful SAP CPI Consultant should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in the area of integration architecture. Experience with middleware tools, knowledge of standard business processes, and proficiency in SuccessFactors applications are crucial.
