Senior Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a strong engineering background and

expertise in data science to join our dynamic team. This role requires a combination

of technical skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. You will be

responsible for analyzing, scrubbing, and prioritizing data to drive business decisions

and develop actionable insights.

Data Analysis & Insights:

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform strategic decisions.
•  Develop predictive and prescriptive models to address business problems.

Data Engineering & Scrubbing:

• Cleanse, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Design and implement efficient data workflows and pipelines.

Data Prioritization:

• Assess and prioritize data based on business objectives and impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and key performance metrics.

Technical Implementation:

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code for data processing and analysis.
• Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights.

Collaboration:

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business units, to align data strategies with organizational goals.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Educational Background:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.
• Strong experience with data cleaning, scrubbing, and transformation processes.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database management.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
