Your job :
As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for talented and multilingual graduates to join our team as Claims Associates, starting with a 6-month contract from the end of May 2025.
As a Claims Associate, you'll play a vital role in managing insurance claims for our end customers. Making sure you’ll find the proper solution to their problem.
This entry-level position involves communication in multiple languages, an analytical approach, and the chance to develop customer service and insurance skills.
Main tasks and responsibilities
● Manage and process claims from A to Z.
● Handle First Notification of Loss and partner validation processes.
● Investigate claims to determine their validity.
● Assess the coverage of the claim as per the policy conditions.
● Handle written and phone correspondence.
● Calculate settlements and proceed to payments.
● Maintain accurate records of all claims and their outcomes.
● Continuously improve the claims process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes and technologies.

Your profile :
● You have good written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one other European language (French, Dutch, German or other).
● You are a recent Bachelor’s degree graduate in translation, law, or business and administration.
● You are self-motivated, open-minded, curious, and flexible, with a "can do" attitude
● You are willing to learn and to start building your career.
