More About the Insights Intern
Want to turn data into stories that shape workplace culture? As an Insights Intern, you’ll dive into the world of employee engagement, performance management, and listening strategies, gaining hands-on experience in the HR tech industry.
Your mission? Analyze employee survey data, uncover key trends, and help create customer reports that drive real change. If you get excited about turning numbers into insights, love all things HR strategy, and want to make a real impact on how companies support their people, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
· Assist Insights Analysts in the analysis of employee survey data (e.g. employee engagement, pulse, new hire, exit), identifying key trends and insights.
· Contribute to Insights Team projects that help us scale our efforts, such as PowerPoint slide templates, customer guides, and reusable email templates.
· Build and edit customer deliverables, often in PowerPoint format.
· Ensure accuracy and quality of customer deliverables, seeking support from Insights Analysts as needed.
What We're Looking For:
· Possesses a strong ability to interpret data and uncover meaningful insights, effectively communicating findings in a clear and compelling manner.
· Demonstrates a keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work in a timely manner.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with expertise in PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and visualization.
· Has a solid understanding of basic statistical concepts, such as correlations, and their application in data interpretation.
· Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into accessible narratives.
· Thrives in both collaborative team environments and when working independently on structured projects.
· Currently pursuing or has completed coursework toward an advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field.
· Demonstrates curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive meaningful insights.
