Sr Director Channel Development East

Quiq is seeking an experienced and motivated Sr Director of Channel Development - East to help expand our channel partner ecosystem. This is a key position within our Alliances organization and will report directly to our VP, Alliances. This mission driven team is responsible for opening new routes to market by helping partners become the most trusted Advisors in the Agentic AI for CX space.


Some of the major focus areas of this role are:

  • Manage the sale of Quiq products and services through Technology Solutions Distributors (TSDs) and their network of Trusted Advisors and Consultants
  • Drive a business plan that allows us to scale our offerings and develop a robust partner ecosystem
  • Develop an enablement strategy to attract, develop and maintain relationships with various distributors, resellers, or agents
  • Build preference for Quiq’s AI-driven customer experience / contact center software and services within partners’ portfolios and sales teams
  • Drive global sales results and pipeline development within key national (global) partners
  • Drive partner enablement throughout the entire customer journey lifecycle

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and expand critical relationships within the TSDs and their agencies that deliver a profitable business model for and enhance Quiq’s solutions and services capabilities
  • Develop, retain and own Quiq’s strategic relationships within partners that can scale our solution and increase value to customers
  • Develop, deliver and execute viable plan(s) which will represent Quiq as the first and best option for Agentic AI contact center solutions
  • Assist in the development and execution of a dynamic Partner Training and Enablement program
  • Align closely with Sales and Channel to close customer opportunities, manage forecasts and pipelines
  • Structure and negotiate partnership agreements that lead to incremental value and capabilities
  • Develop detailed operational plans with partners to include engagement models, sales targets, and GTM strategies

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience working in a dynamic team focused on building exponential growth
  • Candidate must live within the US Eastern time zone
  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS Master Agent, TSD Channel partner development, within a cloud-based environment
  • Must have a deep, and demonstrable, network in the SaaS TSD Channel
  • 10+ years experience in SaaS Customer Experience or Contact Center Software space
  • Recent experience selling Generative and/or Agentic AI
  • A demonstrated ability to establish, maintain and grow business relationships successfully, with a strong emphasis on sales and channel partner processes
  • Strong operational and analytical skills
  • Strong strategic thinking with a penchant for action and results
  • Excellent project management and creative problem solving skills
  • Exceptional In person and remote communications skills, with a proven capability for public speaking, professional writing and active listening
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
