Pre Sales Engineer

We are seeking a tech-savvy, self-driven, and customer-focused Presales/Sales Engineer with 2–5 years of experience and a strong intelligence background. This role is pivotal in managing the technical aspects of the sales process, from crafting tailored solutions to effectively communicating with diverse audiences such as chiefs of police, CISOs, and field analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map Rayzone Group's technological value to prospective customers' business requirements.
  • Lead technical system demonstrations, including proof of concepts and product expertise sessions.
  • Create and present compelling product demos and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Develop technical documents, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs to support sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Product, Sales, and Operations) to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Adapt solution pitches to address implementation or use-case challenges specific to each customer.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in presales, deployment engineering, field support, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
  • Intelligence background.
  • High technical proficiency with the ability to learn and communicate new technologies effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with concepts such as taxonomy and ontology.
  • Proven ability to explain complex systems to diverse audiences, from technical staff to high-level decision-makers.
  • Experience developing RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and technical proposals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional languages and/or passports are an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in the cyber-intelligence or defense industry.
  • Familiarity with concepts like taxonomy and ontology.
