We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality support and services to our clients in a collaborative and supportive environment. As part of Reach For The Stars, you will have a valuable opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals and their families.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing supervision to behavior technicians. We prioritize flexibility and work-life balance, with 4 hours of BCBA supervision and 2 hours of PCAT each week.

Qualifications:
- BCBA certification and NYS License
- Experience in ABA therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
