• Content Creation Support: Assist in brainstorming, planning, and creating engaging content for our social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Help with filming, editing, and scheduling posts.
• Trend Spotting: Keep an eye on social media trends, influencers, and popular treatments to bring fresh content ideas to the team.
• Community Engagement: Help monitor social media comments and messages, engaging with our audience to build a positive and active community.
• Analytics: Learn to track content performance, report on engagement metrics, and contribute to ideas for improvement based on data insights.

• You are located in New York City.
• Familiarity with social platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• A love for all things pop culture and social media trends.
• Eager to learn content creation (experience with video editing software like CapCut is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• You have a passion for beauty and pop culture.
• You operate without ego and are a collaborative team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• You thrive in a startup environment, are comfortable with ambiguity, and feel excited to build new processes from the ground up.
• You have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
