We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate our cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of our product initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to manage cross-team product deliverables, ensuring that all team leads and members are able to work effectively to meet the company’s needs.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $210,000 - $260,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K. As the Senior Engineering Manager for Attack Surface Intelligence at Recorded Future, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to lead some of the most talented professionals in the intelligence space. With over 1,800 clients worldwide and a team of 1,000 intelligence experts, Recorded Future is at the forefront of cyber threat analysis. In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds several diverse engineering teams together, making sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to project goals and deadlines. You’ll oversee our Scan Engine Development team, responsible for our global intelligence-gathering engine, as well as the Signature Development team that works closely with our Insikt Group to create unique detection signatures. Your knack for managing multi-faceted teams across different geographies will help you mentor aspiring leaders and foster a collaborative environment where innovation thrives. You’ll implement agile methodologies and best practices in project management to ensure efficiency and high-quality product delivery. Moreover, you'll get to drive improvements in our engineering processes and oversee code management practices to maintain our commitment to excellence.
