In your role, you'll collaborate with our talented NAM Application Engineering team, where strong communication and technical skills are crucial. You'll provide invaluable support by offering recommendations, specifications, and operational documentation while also programming control algorithms. Your hands-on experience will shine as you troubleshoot hardware and software issues, working closely with equipment system integrators to deliver custom-engineered solutions that meet our customers' unique needs. Plus, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our team's productivity through process improvements. Building relationships with the CMS field sales team will be key, as you assist with system design recommendations and equipment proposals.
