As a Graduate in Field Marketing, you'll be focused on Field Marketing and Collegiate Marketing based out of Santa Monica. You will help shape strategies to build the local face of our global brand. You will focus on supporting regionalization and innovation across our 5 regions. Initiatives will involve supporting the creation of Red Bull sports and culture events that celebrate hyper-local traditions, iconic landmarks and local playgrounds (surf, skate, snow, hip-hop, dance). You'll contribute to the development and execution of strategies that strengthen local relevance, collaborating with sales and marketing teams. This role offers a diverse experience in marketing, stakeholder engagement, and market coaching.
REGION FIELD MARKETING
Work with region and national team to measure impact and return on investment in Third-party Events across Sports and Culture
Support the build and roll-out of an internal system to measure the impact and success of Field Marketing
Create a system in partnership with the Region Field Marketing teams to track engagement and trial across key Opinion Leaders and local micro creators
Connect with the consumer in the field, conducting regular shadowing of the collegiate brand ambassador team (Student Marketeers) to understand consumer sentiment around product and consumption occasions
Collaborate with the Region Field Marketing teams, strengthening brand standards and sharing what success looks like in the field
MARKET INNOVATION
Understand the latest generational trends by conducting research in partnership with our region Field Marketing teams
Support the national business planning process by linking national and local ideas during the annual business planning process
Participate in field meetings to promote integration and exchange insights and success stories to enable field innovation
Foster cross-marketing in the field by ensuring synergies with trade and marketing initiatives with a focus on the collegiate sales universe
COLLEGIATE MARKETING
Ideate and share best practices on how to bring the brand to life in the field by supporting activations/ big moments (i.e. Off to College campaign, Red Bull Tetris (Global gaming event), etc.)
Build and collect resources to best roll out key activations, events, and instructions
Work cross-functionally with the Region stakeholders to ensure 360-marketing activations through the fall semester
Support core Student Projects and be the liaison between the production partners and event teams
Recap projects and measure the success of the program to present to leaders and region teams
Collaborate with the cross-functional teams, creating processes and driving excellence in the Red Bull Tetris National Final
Proven excellence in academic pursuits
A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree (completed by July 2025)
Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus
The salary for this position is $70,000
