Refloor is hiring a Learning Specialist to design and deliver impactful training programs that equip our team for success. You’ll collaborate with leaders, create engaging content, and shape the learning experience for a growing company.

What You’ll Do: 

• Develop role-specific training programs for various teams. 

• Create high-quality learning materials, including e-learning, job aids, and manuals. 

• Lead virtual and in-person training sessions. 

• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and resources. 

• Evaluate training effectiveness and update content as needed. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience). 

• Demonstrated experience in instructional design and adult learning principles. 

• Self-motivated and organized, with excellent time management and attention to detail. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS platforms, and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
