Digital Marketing Manager

Position:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for all things “digital” and operational, including website, email, marketing tech stack, reporting and analytics, SEO, webinar tool management, marketing project management platform/collaboration tool, and social media. They provide insights on the health of our digital program, what campaigns are working well, what isn’t working well, and ideas for improvement.

Position must be a US Citizen and is subject to a background check and unannounced drug testing requirements. Position is remote first with a preference for candidates located near one of our offices and will require occasional travel. Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management:
    • Own and manage RegScale’s website using WordPress, ensuring seamless user experiences and brand consistency.
    • Collaborate with internal teams for website updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
    • Monitor and improve website performance, including speed, responsiveness, and overall functionality.
  • Email Marketing & MOPs:
    • Own and manage the day-to-day operations of HubSpot in conjunction with RevOps.
    • Develop and execute email marketing strategy including inbound, nurture, and promotion.
  • SEO & Paid:
    • Execute a robust SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
    • Strategize, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn
    • Monitor and analyze performance to maximize ROI, adjusting strategies based on campaign results
  • Analytics & KPI Tracking:
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEMRush analytics and provide ideas for improvement.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across LinkedIn and X.
    • Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth.
  • Webinar Management:
    • Define and execute hosted webinar strategy.
    • Manage all webinar tool stacks including Zoom and BrightTalk.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with content, design, and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to scale marketing efforts efficiently.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on website management and MAP.
  • Proficiency with: HubSpot, Salesforce, Google suite, WordPress, monday.com, Figma, LinkedIn, X, etc.
  • A passion for startups, a focus on outcomes over process, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to drive alignment and deliver results.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Monday.com
  • Knowledge of BI tools
  • Knowledge of managing marketing vendors

Education/Training, Qualifications, and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, or related topic
  • HubSpot certifications (any) – but proven experience in HubSpot of at least 2 years
  • Google suite certs like Google Ads Search, Ads Display, Optimization, etc.
  • Must be a US Citizen capable of passing a background check
