We are looking for an SEO-focused Digital Engagement Strategist who will strategize, implement, and optimize digital marketing initiatives that drive measurable results. This role will work across diverse client accounts, offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • SEO Strategy & Implementation:
    • Develop and execute tailored SEO strategies for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and industry best practices.
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap assessments to identify optimization opportunities.
    • Collaborate with client content and design teams to improve on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
  • Technical SEO:
    • Conduct regular technical audits to address crawl errors, site speed issues, mobile usability, and indexation problems.
    • Manage sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, and structured data to enhance client websites’ search performance.
    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical best practices are implemented effectively.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Use tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio to monitor SEO performance and identify trends.
    • Prepare and deliver reports that highlight key performance metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations to clients.
    • Work with clients to establish clear KPIs and benchmarks for SEO success.
  • Client Collaboration & Agency Contribution:
    • Serve as the primary SEO contact for assigned clients, providing strategic guidance and actionable insights.
    • Partner with internal teams across paid media, UX, technology/development, social media, and analytics to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
    • Contribute to the agency’s knowledge base by creating reusable documents, templates, and best practices for SEO workflows.
  • Content Optimization & Performance:
    • Optimize new and existing content to drive organic search visibility and user engagement.
    • Support clients in creating content strategies informed by keyword research, user intent, and analytics insights.
    • Develop A/B and multivariate testing plans for content elements, analyzing performance and recommending improvements.

Additional Qualifications

  • Background in healthcare, pharma, or MedTech industries is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with local SEO, voice search optimization, and structured data.
  • Experience integrating SEO with paid media campaigns and CRM strategies.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, or SEO-related tools are a plus.
  • Knowledge of user experience principles and conversion rate optimization
