Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Email Automation Specialist (Hubspot) to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our email marketing strategies. In this position, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimising automated email campaigns to effectively engage our students and stakeholders. Ideally, you will have expertise in HubSpot, as it will be a key platform for managing and analysing email workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimise automated email marketing campaigns using HubSpot – that support lead qualification, reduce churn and increase conversion, and coordinated with sales touchpoints.
• Create engaging email templates, including content and visuals, that align with our brand voice and objectives.
• Develop audience segments based on behaivour, demographics and lifecycle stage, and use insights to further enhance performance
• Develop email workflows to support student engagement, program enrolments, conversion and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor and analyse email performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal team to align email automation strategies with broader marketing and institutional goals.
• Stay updated on email marketing trends, best practices, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CANSPAM).

• Proven experience as an Email Automation Specialist or in a similar role, with hands-on expertise in HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles, audience segmentation, and personalisation strategies.
• Proficiency in creating email templates, including design and HTML/CSS for customisation.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with educational institutions or similar sectors is an advantage but not required.
