As the CRM Campaign Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our CRM strategy for Fonbet's online Sportsbook & Gaming products. You will be part of a newly established team, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a growing department and make a lasting impact. Working with cutting-edge CRM tools and a CMS platform with exceptional capabilities, you’ll have the resources to create highly targeted and impactful campaigns. Reporting to the CRM Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement and manage data-driven CRM initiatives that enhance customer engagement, drive retention, and maximize the overall player experience.

Responsibilities
· Plan, coordinate, and execute CRM campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.) to drive retention, conversion, and loyalty.
· Collaborate with the CRM Manager to execute CRM strategies aligned with Fonbet’s overall marketing objectives.
· Utilize CRM tools and platforms like Optimove to automate campaigns and segment customers based on behavior, preferences, and demographics.
· Develop and manage personalized customer journeys tailored to different customer segments, ensuring targeted communications at each stage of the customer lifecycle.
· Develop customer lifecycle strategies to support marketing and business goals, leveraging automation for personalized CRM campaigns.
· Conduct A/B testing on campaign elements to identify the most effective strategies and iterate based on results.
· Analyze customer data and campaign performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, optimizing campaign effectiveness.
· Regularly review and analyze CRM activities, generate regular reports and making actionable recommendations to improve ROI and customer experiences.
· Ensure quality assurance (QA) for all campaigns and communications to maintain high-quality standards and on-time delivery.
· Partner with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling and relevant content for CRM campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
· Follow up on Asana tasks to ensure that marketing projects (in house promos etc) are on track, deadlines are met and every product team is aware of their responsibilities.
· Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategies that enhance player engagement and maximize revenue.
· Collaborate with marketing team to design and implement promotions, incentives, and events that drive customer engagement and retention.
· Work on weekends when necessary to meet business requirements.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create engaging content and communicate campaign results effectively.
· Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data analytics teams.
· Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
