Job Summary:

 

The MDM Operations Analyst reports into the Information Technology organization and serves primarily as the Systems and Business Analyst and conducts Technical configurations for Reltio’s data cloud platform. This role has the primary duties as listed below in the Job Duties and Responsibilities section.

 

The successful MDM Operations Analyst is dynamic, energetic, and proactive with a track record of overachievement. This individual is a proven team player who can inspire, collaborate, and deliver results in a positive and timely manner.  The successful candidate will be inquisitive and possess strong discovery and technical delivery capabilities in order to best support teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product management, Eng, HR, Partners, etc..) across the Reltio organization.

This individual will demonstrate a high level of personal and business maturity and possess the highest degree of integrity to build trust and confidence throughout the organization. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with subject matter experts and data stewards, defines and implements data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
  • Defines, designs, and builds dimensional databases to meet business needs.
  • Implements data process flows and builds integrations across different systems.
  • Conducts data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.
  • Develops and implements strategies to translate business requirements and models into feasible and acceptable data warehouse designs to ensure that business needs are met.
  • Provides data consulting in support of business and information technology initiatives to clients to improve client database systems.
  • Use latest technologies from AWS, GCP and Azure to develop and maintain integrations between Reltio and other enterprise applications.
  • Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
  • Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
  • Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as, development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
  • Design and develop interactive and intuitive visualization dashboards to communicate data insights effectively to stakeholders.

Skills You Must Have:

  • 3+ years programming/analysis/design with Java/Python or similar programming language.
  • BS in Computer or Data Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience or certifications with Cloud providers AWS, GCP, or Azure. 
  • Ability to implement digital solutions via automation to improve process efficiencies.
  • Technical database and application administration experience, with a business acumen around database workflows and integrations.
  • Knowledge of data integrations and ETL solutions (e.g. Workato, MuleSoft, Talend).
  • Demonstrated technical skills and a love of getting things done and finding solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with employees of all levels in the company.
  • Use of  JSON and REST APIs
  • SQL programming
  • Experience with cloud-based DW platforms such as Google Big Query and BI tools such as Google Looker, Data Studio, Tableau, Qlik, etc. 

Skills That Are Nice to Have: 

  • Working knowledge of the integration points associated with applications such as Tableau, FinancialForce, Clari, Conga etc. are highly desired
  • Data Science/Machine learning experience with tool/s that help design metrics, detection of anomalies in real-time, and analytics reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, and martech solutions such as Marketo
