401(k) Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a 401(k) Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to identify their needs and assist in establishing their 401(k) plans
• Educate and guide newly signed customers about their retirement savings options
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and onboarding processes are efficient

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with retirement plan design, particularly in 401(k) plans
• 3+ years of customer onboarding experience in a SaaS environment or retirement industry
• Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to customer follow-up
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
