Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English, with additional languages preferred
• 2+ years of B2B account management or customer success experience
• Basic understanding of SaaS sales or product upselling
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Hubspot, is a plus
• Knowledge of travel industry consumer behavior is beneficial
