Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and support the Strategic Account Director in achieving business goals
• Prepare strategic and tactical plans for clients and oversee project execution
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue generation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 3 years of account management experience in the medical communications or related industry
• Preferred advanced degree (PhD, MD, or PharmD) in life sciences or related fields
• Experience in managing client communications and project execution
• Understanding of market dynamics and business metrics
