Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Specialist I to provide customer support and streamline communication for preferred clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients and field team members regarding sample processing
• Document client interactions and maintain follow-up work lists
• Monitor order statuses and provide analytical reports to clients and Account Executives

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant field
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience; college degree preferred
• Previous experience in healthcare or clinical laboratory administration is preferred
• Experience in customer service is beneficial
