Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant for a remote contract position lasting 2-3 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger accounts, and assist in month-end closing
• Analyze monthly financial reports and generate various financial reports, including reconciliations and expense analyses
• Coordinate accounting matters between regional accounting, divisional associates, and other department managers

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting practices and principles
• Experience with accounting and planning software packages
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
