Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant to join their dynamic Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer invoicing and payment applications in accounting software
• Oversee vendor invoice processing and maintain accurate vendor records
• Participate in financial close processes and prepare adjusting journal entries in accordance with GAAP

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's degree preferred
• 3-4 years of progressive accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software preferred
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
