Accounting Integration Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SPG Accounting Integrations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting teams through the post-acquisition onboarding lifecycle across various systems
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies, meeting month-end close deadlines
• Assess workflows and implement improvements for resource efficiency and standardized procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience with a focus on integration and compliance
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and relevant accounting standards
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive process changes
