Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist to manage basic accounting and bookkeeping functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Accounts Receivable function, including onboarding requests and customer inquiries
• Invoice and reconcile customer accounts, managing monthly and ad-hoc billing
• Oversee the collection process for past due customer accounts in accordance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Associates or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency with MS Office applications
• Experience in a SaaS or technology business is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP/Accounting software; proficiency with Quickbooks and SQL is advantageous
