Manage and process accounts payable, including annual 1099 preparation
Maintain balance sheet reconciliation schedules and prepare monthly close journal entries
Prepare and file monthly sales tax returns and assist with regulatory reporting
Required Qualifications
2+ years of combined accounting and finance experience
Thorough knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
Experience with bank reconciliation and cash management
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in QuickBooks
BS or BA degree in accounting (CPA track preferred but not required)
