Accounts Payable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and optimize the Accounts Payable function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department
• Lead and mentor a team of AP specialists for efficient invoice and payment processing
• Drive business transformation initiatives, including process automation and system updates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience in Business Transformation initiatives and change management
• Expertise in AP automation tools and ERP systems, including Coupa and NetSuite
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GL coding, and reconciliations
• Familiarity with tax regulations related to 1099 forms and reporting
