Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact payers to resolve credit balances and determine responsibilities
• Interpret contractual language for special projects and maintain relationships with departments
• Research and process requests related to credit balance accounts and escalate issues as necessary

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in insurance billing and patient billing
• 2+ years of experience in auditing
• Basic proficiency with Windows PCs and ability to learn new software
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow
