Acquisition Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Acquisition Director to lead performance media efforts across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the expert in Programmatic while overseeing Search and Social channel performance for client campaigns
• Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across multiple platforms
• Analyze performance across channels, synthesize insights, and deliver executive-level reporting and recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in paid media with expertise in Programmatic advertising
• Proven experience managing large-scale, data-driven media campaigns across Search and Social
• Skilled in performance analytics, forecasting, and A/B testing
• Strong understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking
