ADA Licensed Work Wellness Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DLS Sr Work Wellness Coach in Specialty Accommodation Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide disability coaching and support to employees with qualifying conditions and relevant stakeholders
• Identify individual support needs and create tailored coaching plans to address barriers related to disabilities
• Maintain communication with all stakeholders and conduct training for team members as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, at an advanced level
• 5+ years of HR Generalist or Specialist experience in a corporate environment (preferred)
• 4+ years of case management experience, including reviewing cases and executing management plans (preferred)
