Adjunct Family History Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Instructor for Family History courses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach various Family History courses, covering topics such as research methodology, genealogical writing, and genetic genealogy
  • Participate in an online asynchronous assessment as part of the selection process for teaching opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required
  • Preferred qualifications include Family History degrees or genealogical certification through ICAPGen or BCG
  • A genealogical credential or Master's degree in Genealogy, Family History, History, or a related field is required for advanced courses
  • Minimum of three years of full-time professional genealogy work is preferred
  • Professional experience in a related field is desired
