Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrative Analyst for their Appeals & Grievances department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to the Appeals department, including maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Prepare and format documents, maintain databases, and send weekly reports to department managers
  • Conduct research, compile statistics, and prepare analysis of data to support departmental projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma required if using equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of progressive experience in customer service, administrative support, and project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters
  • Experience in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks effectively
