A company is looking for a Sr. Portfolio/Program Manager - Agile.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish program management methodologies and educate stakeholders on these practices
• Formulate and execute program plans in collaboration with stakeholders to meet objectives, scope, budget, and timelines
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring successful program delivery and tracking progress toward goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 8+ years of related experience
• Program management and/or agile certification preferred
• Familiarity with insurance operations or prior consulting experience preferred
• Equivalent level of education and experience may be considered
